Followed this to a T and couldn't even make it past the egg white it didn't peak at all the mixture is soupy but I think I solved my own issue as a beginner it's good to mention not to leave any sign of yolk in the egg white and another issue I had was batter being too thick which is probably due to not re measuring the dry ingredients after sifting bcs u actually get more batter after the sugar and almond flour is sifted

  4. Hey guys! Just a tip, if you find the macarons to be too sweet, instead of adding a cup of powdered sugar with the almond flour, just add 3/4 cup of powder sugar, and they will be less sweet but still good! Happy Baking!
