  1. I made mine last night with shrimp fried rice and it was delicious!!! I only do the green onions bean sprouts and shrimp in the egg food young, but I put the slightly frozen peas & carrots with green onions and shrimp in the fried rice. The gravy was really good as well. thanks again for getting me going Wolfepit!!!

  2. Thanks so much WolfePit, it is nice of you to take the time to share…I make egg foo young, but had not made it for years and your recipe brought it back to remembrance. I make mine with shrimp fried rice instead of steam. Again it looks delicious, I am about to make mine and will let you know how it turns out.

  3. Egg Foo Young is my favorite Chinese food. We do not have any sit down Chinese restaurants around here any more where I can get it. So, thank you Larry for sharing this recipe.

  4. i love egg foo young but ive never seen it with these things in it.. like the mushrooms and mixed veggies..ick
im sure u can add whatever u want in it but this is not for me
your still a great cook tho … no shade

  5. The scrambled eggs in the restaurants are poured into a wok full of oil and deep fried. It's the same mixture that I used that's used in the restaurant, except mine is more sauteed, vs. deep fried. It's also a lot less greasy.

  6. That's awesome!! 3x too much and they still finished it!! That's a huge compliment to you!! Great job! Thank you for trying it…..but sorry you didn't get a chance to try it!

  7. I made it for my family…they eat eggs and shrimp. I do not so I didn't eat any. I made way too much..like 3 times and they ate it all. They LOVED IT! Thanks for asking and sharing. I have made it again last week btw.

  8. Thank you sooo much for sharing this video! I had been craving egg foo yung for a long time and have not found a chinese restaurant that can make it the way I like it. I used your recipe tonight and made it and it was fabulous! The only thing I did differently was added sweet teriyaki sauce in the egg mixture and the gravy for I like a semi sweet taste to it and it was wonderful! I also added a little ginger to the sauce. Thanks a bunch!

  9. I forgot to tell you that I made this last week and It came out Awesome! I tried to find a MSG free Oyster Sauce but couldn't find one so I talked with a chef and he told me to use part Fish Sauce with Worcestershire Sauce. This made a great alternative until I can locate a Oyster sauce that is MSG Free. I'm goanna make it again soon and will keep you posted. Thanks!

  10. I don't know if I can make it as good as you did it but I'm gonna give it a try. I wanted to know though… What was in the Corn Starch mixture that you poured in the chicken stock?? Egg foo Yung is my favorite of the Chinese Cuisine foods.

  11. I must say that you into song almost made me skip this video because that music is a matter of personal taste, and I can't stand that kind of music with a passion. On the other hand I am glad I continued to watch this video because I love this recipe. I especially love the way you show how this can be done with little oil, and also all those shrimp. I will try this and hope it comes out as good as you prepared it.

  12. Hey! Great recipe. How far did the 16 egg mixture go? Can you store the excess or a few days and be able to use it up? Other than the sprouts, this looks traditional. Like an american version of foo young.

  13. I love how delicious and easy this looks. I also appreciate the fact of how mindful you were when it came to not adding so much oil to fry it in like other videos that I've seen, and it still came out looking great! I'm a new subscriber to your channel, and will surely be checking out your other videos as well! Thanks for sharing!
