  1. Hi Queenie, it's possible but the end result might turn out a bit saltier. The problem with salted butter in cooking and baking is that you don't have control over the amount of salt added to the dish.

  2. Hi Eugenie, I like your cooking videos, they are very familiar to my cooking since I live in France and appreciate the french recipes. For the Mimosa eggs we usually have it for appetizer at my mother in law's and she puts in cooked little shrimps in the egg yoks and mayonnaise which is very good also. Try this the next time you make this recipe and let me know.
