  1. Just made this and oh my goodness is it delicious. I don't like ham so I substituted it with sausage and made a basic béchamel before adding the avocado. So yummy, thanks for the recipe 🙂

  2. During my trip to Japan my friends took me to Saizeriya where I ate Doria (with meat sauce) for the first time. At first I found it a bit strange, but I quickly came to love this dish.
    I was wondering if you could show us some more doria recipes? 🙂 I'm unfortunately not a big fan of avocado, but I'd love to eat doria again.

  3. I made it and I'm eating it right now! It's good but maybe I should have left the green pepper out since I don't really like cooked pepper. I'll just put in peas or something! Oh and I burnt my tongue again. I'll never learn how to be patient.

  4. Watching this over and over again and craving so badly for it because I have no oven T_T One day when I get one, this shall be the first dish I cook.
