  1. Hi, do you have a recipe for the dumpling dough? I know it is water salt and flour, but when I make it the dough gets really dark after cooking, unlike the ones I used to buy in the restaurants in the North of China.

  4. Good job. I did not know that about Chinese New year with dumplings. I really like trying different kinds and usually like all kinds. Have you ever tried putting ostrich meat? There are a few herbs that go really well with ostrich. Do you know what kinds?
