  2. I want recipes that use vegetables, rice, chicken (thighs) and no sugar or vegetable oils. I just want to use salt and spices for flavor. What do Japanese use for that? There must be traditional rice dishes like that because vegetable oil and sugar are modern inventions and Japanese tend not to add sugar to their food. The ketchup has sugar by the way. I know sugar and vegetable oil are unhealthy.

    Oh! And for the text in the video, here's a neat trick. For stuff like the "salt pepper" at the beginning you can use your video editor's "motion tracking" to make it smoother. It's also easier and takes less time then trying to do it manually. You should look into it, it's very quick once you get the hang of it and can make your videos look even more professional!

  4. I made this for dinner last night after a couple beers using left over rice from take-out and it was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I served it up with a splash of tamari. It was even better this morning when I ate the rest with a scrambled egg. I can really understand how this is comfort food.

  6. Can this recipe used for omurice??
    Since both of them use ketchup…

    Once i eat omurice from a random restaurant in osaka. But, they put too much tomato sauce in it. It seems like an omurice in tomato soup. And after that, i was afraid to order omurice at other restaurant… Hahaha…
