  1. ive seen these cakes eaten by a YouTuber from Japan and they were round and sunken in the middle…she mentioned it was a little undercooked in one of them and said it was amazing

  2. your receipt have two portion of honey 
    i.e. 5 Tbsp. honey & 1 Tbsp. honey
    which portion of honey use in the cake and which use for brushing the top of the baked cake?

  3. Thanks – you know I never knew… usually I buy something called "T45" (I think the T stands for "type"). I know that "T00" is the one that one should usually use for pasta, but I have seen T55 before… I'll check it out, thanks!
