  1. You’re an awesome inspiration for young and old alike! I’m an experienced cook but, due to battling health issues, I’ve had to take several steps back and “start over” in my approach to food prep. I find myself turning to you again and again. I’m thankful for you! Congratulations on your subs and best to you in your endeavors. Tamales are one of my favorites (anything that comes in it’s own neat little package is incredibly appealing to me) and you’ve make me want to grab my sister and daughter and get busy making a huge batch 💖😊

  2. Those look so delicious! I have made homemade chile sauce for enchiladas but tamales always seemed so daunting. I may have to talk my mother into making these with me! I think she used to back in the day when we lived on the border! Love your meal preps!

  3. Congratulations on 35k!!! I love watching your videos, they are really inspiring for meal prep. When I meal prep, I don't eat out so much and that saves money and helps me eat way healthier.

  4. My family made the 2 hour trip to spend the weekend with my sister and her family. She and I made your quiche together for the first time! It was amazing. We ended up making breakfast, lunch and dinner with enough leftovers for tomorrow for the 9 of us.

  5. Congratulations on 35k!! I just absolutely 💙 ur channel, from ur inspiring meal preps to ur very real, completely relatable personality & candor. It’s all so appreciated. Thank you for all you do!! Wishing you & your family a wonderful 2019 ☮️💟🙏🏻

  6. I can totally relate, my husband always has a suggestion to make when I’m cooking and keep
In mind he barely cooks 😩🤦🏾‍♀️! Any who, everything looks great Jen, thanks for posting!

  7. You now have me craving tamales. 👀 Looks in fridge….wonders if tamales can be made with peanut butter, egg roll wrappers, and beer. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great video. It’s on my future to try list.

  8. We just had authentic Tamales today, they are shipped from Greenville Ms to a local eatery, they then steam them…they were delicious..a bit pricey..12 for $13.00..I decided I would make my own and voila you showed me how….thank you for the recipe! ❤..Congratulations on 35,000!!!!

  9. I love your videos! I don't have any children yet but you make being a working mom look so manageable. I've started meal planning every weekend because of you and truly appreciate the work you put into making each video so informative! 🙂

  10. I love that you incorporated your sister with this video. I can already picture my sister and I spending a Sunday afternoon making tamales. Awesome that you’re able to do the giveaway. How thoughtful, this is another example of why love your channel!
