  1. Pro: the crepe pan, that is the real secret! The low edges are awesome for making a good omelette. The one I use is a 9.5" with only about a 1/2" rise on the edges.
    Con: you burned it. Shouldn't be any browning. Fine for the kids, not if you are supposed to be a pro.
