  1. 炒めて鍋に積む順序は逆のほうがよくないかな(香味野菜→肉)
    あとニンニクやハラペーニョ入れるなら香味野菜と一緒に炒めたらいいのでは
    ルー入れるときは火は止めて

  2. I agree with the way the video was done. With recipe video's I find it nice when the person doing the video has text either along with the audio or instead. That way I make sure to get it right and don't miss anything important!

  3. I bought them all in NYC. I use Joyce Chen wok and T-fal pot. I use good old American cast iron skillet all the time and cook my rice in Le Creuset enameled cast iron cookware. It's really good for cooking rice.
