  1. Ok Larry, equal  parts corn starch and water equals thin gravy, right? So you go more corn starch than water for thicker gravy? If so, would you  go 3 to 2 corn starch to water as a base?

  2. Thank you for posting this video – we had egg foo yung over the weekend, and I am already having withdrawal from it. My favorite part of the patties are the crispy parts, too! I can't wait to try this with the recommendation to place it under the broiler. I might skip the bean-sprouts and sub in some other veggies. I'm excited to try the gravy, too, since each person does the gravy a bit differently. Looks delicious!
