  2. I made the egg bites twice, and the flavor is very good but they don’t come out looking like your egg bites. They inflate at the top kind of like muffins and the bottom portion slightly more brown than top…any idea what I could be doing wrong? Temp? Time in the oven? Used all same ingredients and blended til frothy…thanks!

  3. Uh, sous vide by definition is NOT baked. You would actually steam them, not place them into the oven. The process could take up to an hour just for an egg or even a day for a steak. Yummy bites but not sous vide.

  6. I was thinking of replacing the cottage cheese with cream cheese or mascarpone. Do you use cottage cheese on the sous-vide only to lower the fat calories or do you actually prefer it to cream cheese in this dish?

  7. Hi Bobby, love your channel! The sousvide egg bites were my favorite Starbuck breakfast choice. I've just made your recipe tonight and my egg bites turn out very silky inside like yours but a little too dry on the surface when it came out of the oven. Is it because of my oven is hotter than your? I've cooked it at 300 degree F for 30 mins with a water bath just like how it is in your instruction.

Somehow I missed this video, probably was the week I was out of town… But anyway, OMG between these recipes and my other friend showing me how to add sweetened condensed milk to my ice coffee, I don't think I'll ever go back to Starbucks again. I have no reason too now. These recipes are way more appealing than what Starbucks has to offer. Bravo friend!!!

I guess I had a hot chocolate in like a year, but when we've visited the US, we've eaten there only 2 or so times, we prefer the old style and more traditional cafés, usually small business… However! I want to say these ideas are interesting and will def try out… Great job! really like your channel 👍 💕
