  1. I love this recipe ; I do add a few things and put them in the blender so they are not loose in the soup : red bell, Anaheim pepper, garlic and onion. And I use chicken and beef stock with the various mushrooms. Portobello is a must have.   My husband loves loves loves it… so warm ( taste and temp)   Love  you Laura !!  You are a doll 🙂

  2. I wanted to say thank you. I followed your instructions and it came out amazing ! I highly recommend blending some of the mushroom to make it creamy as you suggested.
