  3. With respect to the Alabama White Sauce, I've seen other recipes that include horserash but it wasn't included in Malcolm's recipe. Any reason why the omission (i.e. flavor is closer to Big Bob Gibson's recipe) or is it just personal preference?

  4. I made this over the weekend. It was great!! Presentation with all the herbs under the chicken caught everyone's attention. The white BBQ sauce was great and really complemented the chicken!! Thanks for sharing this with us!!

  6. This white sauce is really good. Almost tastes like the special sauce from my favorite burrito place so a HUGE THANKS because now i can work off it and try and perfect those flavors. As for the chicken, its still cooking so i hope it come out as good as it looks in the video

  8. Hey Malcom and Mark! I'm planning on making this today on my ceramic egg. Would you recommend putting on the top rack with our without the heat shield? (direct vs. indirect?)
