I didn't have all the ingredients, so I made some changes but it was still so delicious. I think the eggplant and the cashew cream take lasagna to another level. Highly recommend!! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’œ

  2. Hey Alyssa! I'm curious, is there a reason you didn't precook the pasta? I'd love to know the brand of pasta if it is supposed to be a no boil vegan lasagna noodle as i haven't been able to find any in the grocery stores near me.

  3. Yeah no. That looks dry as hell. And how do you not know you are supposed to cover lasagne? or that you are supposed to cook the pasta half way before you put it in to bake? My nonna even called you stunad.
