  1. that looks delicious! I went to the doctor yesterday and weighed in at 248 lbs at 5'3. My blood pressure was high as well as my heart rate. I decided I have to take care of my body. this morning I ate a burrito made with eggs and bell peppers. then, for a snack I had a pear and strawberry smoothie. I'm very careful to measure everything out. I'm on the search for new recipes and meal ideas and your omelette looked amazing! Thank you for sharing.

  2. Wow really nice recipe I tried it.. If you don't want to use the oven take the pan off the heat and put a lid on it and let it sit for a minute this will cook the top of the omlette…..I found this saves a little time with Preheating oven and stuff.
