  1. It's not macaroni and cheese. It might be good but I'd rather eat the veggies on a plate with a side of real macaroni and cheese. I don't know why I'd ruin both the mac and cheese AND the cheese by blending them. Try this: make real macaroni with real cheddar, avoid anything processed that would create the "box" taste – and serve with lots of fresh sliced tomatoes and balsamic.

  2. Denfenly. It sounds delicious and you make it nice and simple. I will use raw cheddar cheese instead of the yellow cheese. Thank you for sharing and to Nick thank you 4 the great idea.

  3. Yum! I used butternut squash instead of sweet potato and a whole head of cauliflower instead of half. Initially I felt a little guilty about the American "cheese," but in retrospect I think it's a nice compromise. 😉

  4. I'm all for eating healthy but don't mess with comfort food. lol Mac and cheese with lots of real cheesy goodness. lol. What's next.. tofu meatloaf? ha ha. I love her and her channel.

  5. This recipe is delicious! I hope everyone can try it! To be honest, I think it was delish even before the cheese was added, omg, the onion and garlic and broth, wow. Dani, thank you for creating this video and sharing Nikki's Kraft Style Macaroni + Cheese.
