  1. Thanks for your wonderful diet recipes videos.. just hav a doubt.. plzz try to clear it. I hav Pcod since 2 years nd my gynaec has advised me to not to take wheat rotis or any other form of rice..means gluten free diet she has adviced me.. so can i take all the diets which u hav advised for pcod.. like consuming wheat daliya nd all..plz help me out..
