  1. I add cold milk on top of my hot oatmeal too! People always told me I was weird for it but I am glad Im not alone 😁😁 The apple pie parfaits look delicious, I love anything with sauteed apples.

  2. I need to ask you this one question. Could you please make a video for someone who is severely allergic to nuts like me?!?! All these health gurus are making healthy food with almond milk, nut butters, nut oils, and nuts in general, but I cannot go near them AT ALL. If I go in contact I have an immediate allergic reaction, please help me make a healthy diet so I won’t die 😂

  3. Looks so yummy I'm going to make all these 🙂 also just fyi when heating coconut oil to a certain degree it can be really bad for you maybe should do some research on it, an alternative you can use is alvocado oil its alot healthier

  4. With all these snarky "not really vegan then if you eat honey" comments (she never said she's vegan, duh) i'm really happy not to call myself vegan anymore. I occasionally eat honey and call myself mostly plant-based – much better not having to answer the vegan police while still doing a lot of good for the animals.

  5. Coconut oil is extremely unhealthy! Oil in general is unnecessary and is not good for our health. But coconut oil especially is really terrible to recommend. And eggs even more for that matter?? Surprised you would promote that.

  6. I’m so glad that none of these had banana or matcha lol. All of these sound AMAZING! I had to rewind when you used an actual egg lol. I don’t think I’ve ever seen you use one. I will be trying all of these recipes VERY soon! Thank you for taking the time out to make these videos ❤️
