  2. Where can you buy a large size peace of pork belly with the full skin on? I can't find it in the grocery store. Do you have to ask the meat department to make cuts like that?

  3. I tried this recipe last night and it was not crispy. The meat was tender and flavorful but the skin was not crispy at all. Perhaps I should prick it less? Because I used knife tip to prick it

  4. I made it today not as crispy as your but actually really good. Mine is a little burn during the last process, first of all I didn't snug a foil tight enough because the meat is shrink and second I didn't put enough salt cover it.
