    Everything about this says its NOT Nashville hot chicken. I'm not hating, but it just makes no sense to call this Nashville hot chicken. It's called that because it's made a very specific way.

  2. Why cook to 175 degrees when chicken is safe to eat at 165? You could take it off at about 155 and let the carry over heat cook it the rest of the way…?

  3. What's that saying if you can't stand the heat get the hell up out the kitchen well I'm going to be the scared one who gets out the kitchen but yes… It looks great & delicious great job . I Can make it for my family !👍
