  1. I want to make me and my other a steak dinner. Shrimp with Steak, Mashes Potatoes, and asparagus or zuchinn. Can you show me how to make an easy gravy or sauce to go over the steak and potatoes? Some sauces just have to many ingredients that are too costly. If you can thanks so much.

  2. Shouldn't you always salt a steak AFTER cooking because otherwise it dries the meat out ? I never use salt before but add flour de sel on top after cooking.
    Thoughts, ideas , experiences anyone ?

  3. Hi. I have been watching your videos and i have made a few. All turned out well. I would just like to comment a little bit that in this particular episode, the camera moves a little bit too much. Kinda made us a little bit dizzy. 🙂 But speaking about your recipes, they are just all great!!! And the best thing that u do is that you give soo much tips! Thanks for that!
