  1. How many tbsp of butter? The link says 5 but I think that's too much, and she definitely didn't have that much laying out on the table in the table. It was more like one. Anyone know?

    Do you have to roll out the dough or can you make a ball and then cook it that way or even flatten the ball?

  4. It is supposed to be powdery and that's the difference from western style cookies. If you want western style green tea cookies, add some green tea powder to regular sugar cookie dough.

  5. Hi! Thank you so much for this wonderful video! I tried it out today but it seems a bit dry to my mouth, like i desperately needed milk and its probably my personal preference but do you have any suggestions on making it less dry and powdery?
