  1. You do not have to eat meat to get enough protein. Her problem is that she isn't that she isn't eating meat but that she's eating very limited foods. Try some beans, quinoa, nuts, eggs, cruciferous veggies. If she's a vegetarian, let her be a vegetarian but she does need to get more nutrients than her diet is allowing for.

  2. Ramsey is not pleased, he personally cooked the steak for her and she didn't even touch it, this woman eats what? Gluten-free pasta? Wtf there's no such thing.
