    2nd leg of lamb doesn't need to be pink inside. It's not beef…
    If people like well done fine. It tastes just as tender and moist.

  4. Good work. Lamb should be well cooked and tender.especially leg of lamb. We're not cooking steak here? The Greeks cook it for 3 .4. hours covered with just origano hats the best. Pink meat disgusting.

  5. Oh my god, you stupid dago. Roast lamb is supposed to be so soft and tender after roasting that the meat peels itself off the bone. You turned a perfectly fine piece of meat into an overcooked atrosity.

  6. Lamb recipe! salt, pepper, oil, garlic, anion, water, butter, anchovies, broth, rosemary,
    lemon, thyme, celery, carrots, red or white wine, potatoes, oregano, paprika, all purpose
    flour, whatever you like just combine and mix it. lol I am preparing my Christmas Lamb
    ย in two hours, so am looking what other ingredients in different part of the world people
    like in their lamb recipe. I will use a combination of recipe and styles.

  7. @Gennaro: Really enjoyed your video. Growing up in an Italian/American family my mother would occasionally cook lamb. (It was so expensive!) She loved it. I think this dish is the perfect dish to cook for her on Mother's day. She would be so impressed. You made it look easy. Thank you for sharing. ๐Ÿ–’
