  1. I would suggest…drying the tofu first. Paper towel dry first. Oven for 15min. Coat the tofu with corn flour then deep fry. Take out. Let it rest for a few minutes. Fry again. Its perfect and crispy. The sauce is made by hero is amazing.

  3. I made this for meal prepping this week. It came out wonderfully! I keep asking people to try it and then tell them it's tofu and their reaction is great. I fried the breaded tofu in a thin layer of oil rather than deep frying so the breading got stuck and came off in a lot of cases. Delicious meal I will definitely make in the future.
