  1. Trés bon! My recipe is very similar to yours. I also make a traditional American style beef stew using left over beef and a bit of red wine. The wine in both dishes is so important to bring out the rich flavor of the ingredients. I hope you will let me know what you think of my recipes, too. Thanks for uploading this wonderful video (and translated recipe) of a truly iconic French dish!
