  1. so if I'm getting the recipe for macaron shells right…
    125g Almond Flour/Meal Thats about 5/8 cups.
    125g Icing Sugar 5/8 cups again.
    90g Egg Whites at room temperature 1/3 cups and 1/8 cups .
    125g Caster Sugar 5/8 cups again.

    And for 200g of dark chocolate, thats a cup.

    Sometimes I really hate American Measurements.

  2. I tried it today and it’s so yummy, the only thing I didn’t like the semi sweet chocolate next time I’ll try it with milk chocolate 😍, also can you please write ingredients with cups nor with grams

  3. What can I use instead of Double Cream? I'm from Florida and we couldn't find it in stores. Besides that this recipe looks great! It's my first time making macarons so I'm pretty scared about this.

  6. Please tell me what brand of parchment paper you use. I like the feet of my macarons better from parchment paper, but they tend to loose their shape. When I use a silpat they have smaller feet, but stay round. Yours are perfect on parchment paper!

  7. Everything is the best in your channel Except, measuring in Grams… it's very hard to go to Google converters. Very confusing. But I'm your subscriber anyway.
