  1. Turmeric milk is very popular in india. It’s like an holy grail drink our mothers give us whenever we have cold and cough issues. Also it is great for internal healing because of the healing properties turmeric’s got, and the milk is tastier than tea as milk actually has its own flavour and the flavour of turmeric doesn’t gets overpowering like it could get with water. You must try making turmeric milk as well 🙂

    I'm a sophomore in college and I'm have been trying to eat healthy for quite a while now but with my busy schedule and financial reasons of course I find it difficult to keep up with the healthy diet.
    So, I was wondering if you could do a college student" theme kinda easy, quick and healthy meal plan video.
    Also, I am planning on taking multivitamins to supplement my foods and I was wondering if you have any recomendations.
