  1. I think you misunderstood…when she shucked the clams and mussels, she saved some of them (unshucked) to add back into the soup for presentation purposes. She didn't add back all the empty shells.

  2. I would think it would work well with salmon shrimp, cod snapper along with shell fish mussels clams maybe some crab. The only thing is that your knife was way to stiff to cut your fish.

  3. wow this looks super nice but I don't think I will be trying it as it would cost me a fortune to buy all that fish. maybe i will try to simplify a little less ingredients

  4. I'd think you'd want to put the cuttle fish in last. To judge by squid, they would be in danger of turning into leather. I went to this Korean restaurant & got their version of fish soup. The Squid in it was inedible.
