Gratias Reply so in order to make this soup i need 1-2 fishes of each type there is in the ocean. i better go fishing for a while Reply i can buy dory fish fillets in the market, but I'll be confused how to make the broth Reply This is a lot of work but we'll worth it those flavours from the broth wow Reply Where I live seafood is so expensive. 🙁 I'd be broke after making this. Reply Reply i'm doomed!!…i think i should to climb mount Everest……this woman is a saint!! Reply Omg!..that looked so delicious..i love fish everything ..ill have soup everyday if pissible..very good presentation..brava! Reply She bothered cleaning the scampi but she can't be bothered to clean her shrimp? Reply if i have to make this- I want to be paid!. 😛 Reply …like $45 dollars a plate at a restaurant. Reply the most complicated soup ever ! Reply I think you misunderstood…when she shucked the clams and mussels, she saved some of them (unshucked) to add back into the soup for presentation purposes. She didn't add back all the empty shells. Reply Perhaps I watched too many simple and short recipes, I strangely find that watching a long recipe like this one enjoyable. Reply Unbelievable. It looks so gooood. Reply to make squid/cuttlefish tender, you either cook it for a very short time or a very long time…anything in the middle makes it tough Reply wow this look so good yum… Reply Looks awesome, but that cost at least 100 euros lol Reply You're killing me, this looks SOO DELICIOUS Reply I would think it would work well with salmon shrimp, cod snapper along with shell fish mussels clams maybe some crab. The only thing is that your knife was way to stiff to cut your fish. Reply haha with an attitude like that I doubt anyone will marry you Reply wow this looks super nice but I don't think I will be trying it as it would cost me a fortune to buy all that fish. maybe i will try to simplify a little less ingredients Reply Cuttlefish is tougher than squid, so it needs a longer cooking time Reply Sonja lei è così bello Reply many fishes Reply I'd think you'd want to put the cuttle fish in last. To judge by squid, they would be in danger of turning into leather. I went to this Korean restaurant & got their version of fish soup. The Squid in it was inedible. Reply That looks awesome, what a treat, I can not wait to try this recipe, thanks so much Reply About 3 hours Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
