  1. It's been a very long time Steve. Have learned allot about cooking from you since and have become a better cook than i was then, but still ways to go. I couldnt remember which video it was but I finally figured out that this was the very first of all your videos I saw and immediately subbed way back then. Thanks for the journey.

  2. I did one today for Sunday lunch with a couple of mackerel I filleted, et c.  This dish always pleases, but I don't make large quantities, as it doesn't keep.  "Leave 'em wanting more," ha ha ha!  Very nice version, and cooking is darn fast for this one.  🙂

  3. After watching over 74 videos in a row from the beginning finally arrived back at the very first dish i ever saw on this site.  And i'm just realizing you actually use Shallots allot. I love seafood and so far i haven't seen a dish i didn't like. This has to be one my favorite and on my must make and make lots menu. Can eat this dish everyday, all day long, for rest of my life.

  4. I was watching another seafood recipe in side bar. I saw this and clicked to view it. Watched this for like 2 seconds and was like WOW that looks awesome, the colors on this dish is simply mind-blowing. Subscribed! I have to make that, looks too damn good to not to. New Subscriber!

  5. Hi Steve, I like your cooking, your cool and unpretentious attitude, and calm kitchen environment including the background music. I get much inspirations from you.

  6. Thank you I appreciate you subscribing. I've been cooking professionally for over 16 years now. I started working as waiter then dish washer then line cook. Trained in various restaurants in the U.K and Italy…now I cook in the U.S 🙂
