  2. I'd made them before, but yours were crispier and had layers. The differences are letting the dough sit overnight with a layer of oil instead of 15 minutes, and the flour oil, plus coiling the dough. I also like the addition of cumin and black pepper. Thanks so much!

  3. Thank you, Mandy, for showing us how to make another of my favorite Asian dishes. They are a bit more time-consuming than I expected, but I will be making a batch of these soon!
