  1. Hi SnP! Not sure i can get salted fish in Austria… will check my Asia shop next week though. What do you think would be a proper substitute? I can get anchovies and sardines in oil (they're salted usually). Do you think that's a proper sub for it? I suppose i could add fish-sauce to the pork for more fragrance? Wikipedia is sort of vague on Cantonese salted fish (but i'm guessing it's herring). Thanks for advice when you have time!
