  1. I'm 13 and I really, really want to do contemporary or lyrical, but everywhere I've looked, all the beginner classes are for people under the age of 10 or so. It's driving me crazy because every time I put on the radio, all I wanna do is dance 🙁 Do you guys have any advice or know any places I could go?

  4. I'm 16 and I'm very close to getting my front split. I stretch 40-60 minutes a day, but the next day I get really sore and can't go down as far. Should I stretch every second day instead?
