  1. I just made this for breakfast, delicious! I used a regular non stick pan, chives, and added a half a cup of bagged, chopped, broccoli slaw mix. This is my new favorite. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, not mushy at all. Only five minutes with the lid on as you said. Thank you! 🙂
