  1. Would love to see a vid like this about vitamin D!! So hard to figure out vegan options :/ found out I was deficient and had no idea! Turns out my b12 was fine but D wasn’t!

  3. seriously, iron is the thing i most worry about in the diet, vegans are low in iron naturally, whereas protein and B12 are not a problem (supplementing iron healthily is really hard) and the RDAs are too low for women because we menstruate and they're based on men
