  1. You totally left out the best part….that seaweed is a nutritional powerhouse! Chock full of so many important nutrients like iodine which many of us healthy foodies are missing. These are super clever recipes, not a vegan but will give them a try!

  2. Love gimMe seaweed, I eat it plain as a snack. I will be making all of these recipes. No one else in my family eats it but me. How many rolls the the quinoa recipe make?
