  1. Anyone making this, go easy on the oatmeal. Or you'll get indigestion or upset stomach. I made something similar to this with one cup of oatmeal and right away after drinking it I had a upset stomach or something. I fine with half .25 or .5 cup though.

You will drop your money along with some weight, adn then gain it right back once you start to eat normally again. There is truly one way to lose weight and keep it off, and it's been proven over and over and over again….eat LESS JUNK and MOVE more, keep doing that over and over again, and you will have LONG-TERM, LASTING weight loss success.
