  1. Wow if you guys notice this foods are healthy but on the heavy side be careful! I see lots of eggs, oatmeal, yogurt …. all these things together are NOT light….(like the pancakes) .. a diet based on more grains and veggies is best

  2. I eat a sunny side up egg on a piece of toast with avocado almost everyday, I know it’s pretty like “stereotypical” or whatever but it’s so good, try it!
