  2. Why doesn’t anyone put sweetener on it it’s such a good replacement for sugar and so low in calories. People say it’s bad for you because of the chemicals in it but sugar is definitely worse. Also I have lost so much weight, if I had porridge I don’t add honey or maple syrup just add a few tablespoons of sweetener and it tasted really good.
