  1. I tried this today in my Phillips Air fryer and it really does work ! No prior skin drying, nor scoring ( except for the meaty underside) nor marination.

  2. Hi Chef John, did oil splatter in the oven when you increased the temp to 400F? I usually air fry my pork belly because cleaning the whole oven takes so much time. Thank you.
