  1. Wow. Just finished making this and it is soooooooo good. I made enough to eat the whole week.
    I added a bit more to it, though.
    I added Yellow bell pepper and mushrooms.
    I also baked some chicken with salt, paprika, and cumin then shredded it.
    so worth the three days and three nights it took me to make it! Lol

  2. just awesome better than chipotle lol…. and how many servings do you get from this specific recipe?? i always tend to each wayyyy to much of a personal werving size so its always good to know if recipes call for serving 2 people or four etc…. thank you. new subbie here lovin ur channel keep up good work!!!!

  3. I'm not vegan, but I really enjoy watching your videos. I did the Whole30 for several months and am always looking for new ways to incorporate a lot of veggies into my meals without feeling like I'm just eating boring food, love your ideas!

  4. I made this once before, but didn't get the beans right. The rice was delicious however! I can't wait to make these with the beans to see how it would taste. We haven't had any questionable outbreaks in Chiptole in our state, but you never know. I don't like the way they don't cover their food while serving! It is too delicious to give up completely though.
