  2. after cooling, it is better to pour glaze atop of cake in the Bundt, lifting sides to help absorb, and allow to absorb for about 10-15 mins. before inverting. If you do not poke, cake is glazed all around, and the middle is soft, moist cake.

  3. I've been making this cake for years now and instead of inverting the cake and pouring the glaze on the top, I pour the glaze on the cake while it is still in the cake pan. That way, the glaze accumulates on the bottom and I ensure that all the glaze is absorbed. Very yummy cake and frequently requested!
