  1. Original recipe is gluten free. Too bad these days everyone is using soy sauce for everything. Even Texas barbecues now use soy sauce. I can't eat on any restaurant anymore. I always felt that Thai restaurants were "safer" for me than Chinese/Japanese restaurants, but if Thai restaurants in the US now also use soy, it's a no-go there too. At least, if you could use GF tamari in your business, that would be best.

  2. Hardcore traditional Thai style would be bashing ALL the ingredients from whole in the pestle and mortar, but the video would have to be 1 hour long
