She’s an American dermatologist with a no nonsense approach to skincare and super minimalist. She’s my favorite you tuber and I have learned so much from her. While a lot of her videos are about American products because that’s where she lives, she does try to provide various options for her worldwide audience.   2. I made the paleo nachos this week. Sooo good! And that soup looks great. I like the variety of veg you used. Really enjoyed the beauty product haul too. I'm trying some Andalou products now and so far I really like them. I'm very interested in how you like the retinol products!

  6. I hope you feel better. I came home from LA last month with a chest infection. I was out of work for close to a week and when I went back, I was still not my best. I lost weight because I had no appetite. I lived on soup for a while too. And eggs. But not much else agreed with me. Your soup looks delicious. I wondered about the butternut squash/pumpkin and not peeling it before cooking. Is there a reason for leaving the skin on, and does the skin get chewy or have a weird texture when you eat it?
