  1. I like that this bread combines the split peas and wheat flour. I gave 2 questions, 1) can I use any dal for this recipe, and2) when you say "wheat" flour do you mean maida or atta ?

  2. Ruchi u are awesome cook, I like all your cooking videos, I have a question regarding parathas, you serve most of the parathas with curd and some topping on that, could please let me know what you have added for curd.
