  2. Thank you Sir for this recipe! My Grandparents used to make this and I was a picky eater and afraid of it. I am 55 years old now and an accomplished cook myself. I will be trying this very soon, Thank you again for your efforts.

  3. Wonderful…no sarcasm Lots of parsley, plenty of garlic yes indeed! that tongue is huge!
    Mexican & Italian expressions alike opened this up to me I would like to try the way Zita Rasid spoke of with raisins & cinnamon. That sounds good to me since I already do pork chops/roasts & chicken this way. a thought I would share is to add apple butter & some sort of fortified wine as it would have even more flavor than just applesauce & I know sauerkraut would be good together to finish in Schlemmertopf! (maybe some citrus slices too)
    But no matter what expression tongue is most definitely tasty good eats for sure!!!
    Funny so many don't speak of it but it is eaten all over! Should I say stick out your tongue & say AHHHH!?
