  1. Thank you so much for sharing those Weight Watchers recipes . I can't wait to try them as I'm a Weight watcher myself, I must get that book . Love all your videos . So until next time God Bless you both .

  2. Hey girls! I made the cake on Saturday- I used a french vanilla cake mix and greek vanilla yogurt. Everyone loved it! I just made the yogurt, peanuts and blackberry. That was my snack for this evening- I love that it's so low in ww points. I am going to make the salad this weekend. I ended up purchasing that book that you showed- I am really excited to get it. Karen- I would love to hear more about your ww journey- You guys are the best! Love your videos!!!

  3. I made your pasta with spring vegetables today. I did change it up a little. I used basil instead of mint and Parmigiano Reggiano instead of feta and it is really good. Only problem is I will be the only one in the house that will eat it so I will have to eat on it for a week or until it goes blahhhh lol. I will post a pic on instagram.

  4. Oh great recipe share! Cannot wait to make this yummy salad for my sisters and mom! We love doing lunch out but I'm doing this one at my house! Thanks and love all your videos, hugs g

  7. Love the videos! I was thinking I don't know how I feel about raw asparagus.. I would probably still blanch them , I think I would also toss the pasta with a tad of EVOO and garlic prior to adding the other stuff. YUM

  8. The pasta dish certainly looks delicious and I often make something similar except I cook the asparagus first. I often have fruit and yoghurt and nuts for breakfast but usually toasted almonds or sometime a bit of granola for crunch. The cake looks good too. Thank you for sharing ladies have a wonderful week oxox Vivienne
