  1. I've recently gotten into the whole competition cooking and I it's addicting. My question is what part of brisket is the best for judge presentation? Look, texture, flavor? What would be best to present?

  2. Great video… do yourself a favor and get a JA Henkels 12" french knife for cutting. I know you weren't using your prefered knife but these are the best in the biz for cutting large pieces of meat!!!
