  1. Is the Essence(?):
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika, 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon black pepper (whole or grounded?), 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon dried oregano & 1 tablespoon dried thyme?

  2. Chicken parm is one of my favorite guilty-pleasure foods, and by that I mean I'll intentionally overcook the pasta just a bit to serve the chicken over, because of nostalgia for the "Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsay would go apoplectic" Italian hole-in-the-wall joints of my Boston-area childhood.

Even though I know better as an adult, and I do it right when I'm serving, say, a romantic interest I've invited over, when it's just me by myself? Oh, "so bad it's good" hardly begins to describe it.

  3. I am going to make this for my Mom and her neighbor tomorrow.
I wish you could come to visit us in lakeland, fl.
the assisted living facility sucks at food prep. they use processed foods and most of the residents are not happpy. you would have gagged at the Salisbury steaks they served.
seriously, their food is declining rapidly.
they have no idea on how to cook from fresh or frozen. so sad. if you decided to visit, you would have a nice room and unlimited chauffeur service! you are truly a blessing to me :)

  4. Gosh Emeril, I Remember Being 4 Years Old And Staying Up Late With My Mom And Watching You Cook. I Stayed Up Just To Watch You. I Had A Little Cook In Me And Didn't Even Know It. Now I Am Pursuing A Culinary Career. I Love To Cook Emeril, And I Think It Started From Me Watching You All Those Years Ago.
